The Enrolled Agent Status is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. Robert is also a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. He specializes in the Formation, Management and Taxation of Small Business, Individual, Estate and Clergy taxpayers.

Christine A. Shannon, EA

Christine A. Shannon has been with Critelli & Associates since 1998, working alongside her father, Bob, President of Critelli & Associates. Christine began preparing tax returns in 1999 and soon after her first season, worked on a Tax Controversy case and her passion for helping taxpayers began.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and became an Enrolled Agent with the IRS in 2016. She has successfully represented taxpayers before the IRS and State of New Jersey in a wide range of tax controversies including Criminal, Fraud, and Audit cases. Christine prides herself on simplifying the process of tax resolution for her clients and has saved her clients millions to date.

Christine was a featured speaker and presenter at the Small Business Institute at Camden County College on the topics of small business formation and taxation. She has served on the Board of Directors for non-profits in New Jersey including a private school, sports clubs and presently serves as a Board Member for Women, Words and Wisdom, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to residents in South Jersey.

Christine resides in southern New Jersey with her husband, and their two children.
